Your Wedding Day Package Will Include:
- Four hours of open bar service to include house brand liquors, domestic and imported beers, house wine and soft drinks
- Fresh vegetable display with dip
- Champagne toast for all of your guests
- A delicious dinner prepared by our talented chefs
- Complimentary overnight accommodations for the Bride & Groom on the night of the wedding
Miscellaneous Fees:
- Bartender Fee: $25.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours). One bartender per every 100 guests is required.
- Cake Cutting Fee: $75.00. Cake will be cut and served by our banquet staff.
- Additional Server Fees (optional): The Westlake
Inn will be happy to provide 1 server per 30 guests. Should you wish to have additional servers, a $25.00 fee per server will apply.
- Butler Service (optional): $25.00 per server.
- A service charge (gratuity) of 19% and 7 % sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, bartender and service fees. (State sales taxes are subject to change without notice).
Other Miscellaneous Information:
- All wedding packages are for parties of 50 guests or more.
- All events on a Saturday evening in our Westlake Ballroom are subject to a $10,000.00 food & beverage minimum. Should this minimum not be met, a room rental charge of the balance will be assessed. Should
your event not require usage of the entire Westlake ballroom, food and beverage minimums will be adjusted accordingly.
- An advance deposit equal to 25% of your total estimated revenue is required at the signing of your contract. This advance deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied to the balance of your event.
- The Bride and Groom may have a complimentary taste testing to assist in menu planning after a signed contract is received, but at least 1 month prior to the scheduled event.
