THE WESTLAKE BALLROOM

The Westlake Ballroom is our major meeting, banquet and exhibition facility. It is located on our Lobby Level with 6,000 sq. ft. of space. This area can accommodate 500 people for a banquet and 800 people for meetings. This area also can be divided into four separate rooms, each with a capacity of 100 to 200 people. direct access is available for loading and unloading supplies through our off-street freight entrance. Parking is available for 550 vehicles.

DIRECTORS ROOM

Also located on our Lobby Level is our

executive meeting room designed for board meetings and special conferences. It is professionally furnished wth a board room table, 12 comfortable executive chairs, and a presentation board.

THE CLUB ROOM

For that casual occasion, located on our second level of the Holidone, we offer “The Club Room.” Our private lounge and bar will accommodate 25 to 50 people. This room is perfect for a cocktail reception or rehearsal dinner.

THE CONFERENCE LEVEL

Our third floor conference level is 2,000 sq. ft. of meeting space which can be divided into four separate rooms. Each room can accommodate smaller groups of 40 or less banquet style and 60 in a meeting style.

AUDIO-VISUAL AMPHITHEATRE

Also located on this level is our 46 seat Audio-Visual Amphitheatre which includes a projection room, a large remarkable board and a 9 sq. ft. remote projection screen. Perfect for training sessions.
